When this nationally recognized author, educator, and TEDX speaker came to us, she was trying to figure out how to take her courses to the next level. The shift to online meant that she could no longer travel and do in person events and she needed to find a new way to connect with potential students and clients.
She is a leader in her field and she knew that she was leaving money on the table and letting her business languish. Additionally, she knew it was creating an opportunity for competitors, and ultimately it was hurting the bottom line. The Solution
We ran a full assessment of her offerings, her social footprint, and the customer journey, and put together a plan that would drive leads, build up her audience, nurture her audience at each point of the journey.
Our team started looking closely at the existing sales pages, while also conducting interviews that pinpointed the essence of her perfect student. This allowed us to build a plan that would focus our efforts on bringing in students through tripwires and higher value courses in order to create a more engaged and committed audience. By flipping the script and getting away from a free video sequence we were able to bring in serious leads rather than passersby.
We created an opt-in page that lead to a brief webinar detailing her journey and expertise in the field. This allowed us to capture names for future follow up and encourage people to take action.

The landing page for her webinar had a conversion rate of 34%. Well above industry benchmarks.

The Result
We ran advertising on Facebook and Instagram that yielded 1,041 email leads at $2.88 per lead. This yielded 23% email list growth.
We strategically combined advertising with an email strategy designed to engage the new audience. The emails directly speak to the value of the courses, amazing testimonials from her students, and all the ways to get involved.
